So, your website has been built and is ready to go live on the internet for the world to see, but there is something needed for this to happen – that something is called ‘hosting’. Hosting is a term used to put your website on the internet so it is visible and also includes your email addresses, for example; firstname.lastname@example.org
Great, but I don’t know what to do!
No problem. Part of our offering to you is to take care of your hosting for you. We will put your website on the internet, set up your email accounts for you and add the email addresses to your computer (we log into your computer remotely and do this for you) and also setup your mobile phone and any other devices you would like your email addresses on.
Well, in addition to all of the above, we monitor our hosting service 24/7/365 and have a dedicated team of engineers who will fix any issues (rare!) the moment they arise. What’s more, our service is operated on our own private hosting environments, meaning that we have our own solution which is reserved only for use by our customers. Finally, we can manage your domain names and auto-renew them to fully protect you against accidental loss your Domain names, if required.
What if I have problems in the future?
We are here to help you. We offer a ‘managed’ hosting service using premium Google servers for security and reliability, so it is very rare that we encounter any problems, but should any issues arise, we are at the end of the phone (in Bromley) and will be ready and waiting to help you get things fixed.
What are the costs?
Our hosting is simple, but quality and fully managed. It might not be the cheapest, but, you do get what you pay for with hosting. Cheap hosting usually means a poor and unreliable service – with us you get reliable hosting and technical assistance by our in-house support team. Our managed hosting packages start from just £15 + VAT per month.
